Very nice! You SHOULD be very proud! I love the title very much and the pose that she's in! Overall, nice anatomy as well, though the right foot is a bit bigger than the left and the right arm is just slightly too long.
I like the shading you've done on the soul, very nice! Maybe her body could use more shading, like around her neck since she's in a crouched position. Her blushing appearance, pose, and the words at the top really make it a wonderful picture with thought and depth.
Also, unless the soul is more important than the girl, you should make the soul a bit brighter or flashier(she looks too outlined a bit...)-giving it a sort of strange look, but if not, then you've done an incredible job of making Maka stand out, but im merely implying to the title which is referring to her soul, but you are the artist so you decide ^^.

Anyway, this is very beautiful; has depth and I can see that you put a LOT of effort into this! Awesome job!!!!
